Demonstrated success in developing metal oxynitride semiconductors for TFTs and significantly enhancing the efficiency of CZTS solar cells from 5% to 7% using an in-house developed technique. Skilled in high vacuum systems and a range of characterization methods, including XRD, SEM, and electrical measurements. Further experience with graphene and carbon spheres adds to this diverse skillset.
